    Reach out by email or WhatsApp about the item. We'll confirm it's still available and the shipping cost to your destination — the item price is always exactly as listed.

  3. Step 3: Pay securely

    We'll send you a secure payment link once the item is confirmed — no card details are ever shared with us directly.

  4. Step 4: Worldwide tracked shipping

    Once payment is confirmed, we dispatch your item within 1–3 business days via tracked international courier and email you the tracking details.

How do I buy an item since there's no shopping cart?
Each item in the Ledger Collection is a single, individually sourced unit. Contact us by email or WhatsApp about the item you want, and we'll confirm availability and arrange a secure payment method together to complete the purchase. See our Ordering Conditions for the full process.
Do you ship internationally, and how long does delivery take?
Yes, we ship worldwide via tracked international courier. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment; transit time depends on your destination. You'll receive tracking details by email once the item ships.
Are the wallets really factory sealed and authentic?
Every device is factory sealed and sold as described, with photos of the actual item you'll receive. Each listing includes the item's condition and provenance in detail on its product page.
What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't match the listing?
We don't accept returns for change of mind, since every item is a one-of-a-kind or extremely limited piece. But you're covered by our shipping guarantee: if your item is lost or arrives damaged in transit, or doesn't match its listing, we'll issue a full refund within 7 days of you reporting it with tracking/photo proof. Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. An order confirmation and payment receipt are sent automatically by email once payment is completed, and a formal invoice can be provided on request.
The item I want is already sold — will you get more?
Most listings are one-of-one or limited to a handful of units, since each comes from a personal collection rather than a manufacturer. Check back on the collection page, or reach out to ask if a similar piece is available.
Do listed prices include tax, and can they change?
All listed prices are final — we operate as a non-VAT-payer sole proprietorship (FOP) in Ukraine, so no additional VAT is added at checkout. Only the shipping cost is confirmed separately based on your destination.
