Overview
This is a factory sealed Ledger Nano S Plus from the Ledger x Cool Cats collaboration. Never opened. I’m selling it from my personal collection, exactly as it arrived.
About This Edition
Cool Cats is a PFP NFT project that launched in 2021 and built one of the more active communities in that space. Sometime after the Nano S Plus’s general release in March 2022, Ledger partnered with Cool Cats on a device aimed at holders who wanted to self-custody their cats alongside other crypto assets.
Unlike most Ledger products, this one sold through Cool Cats’ own storefront instead of shop.ledger.com, shipped from a location Cool Cats controlled directly.
Ledger doesn’t sell this edition today. It was never part of the standard retail lineup to begin with.
Why Collectors Are Interested
A hardware wallet sold through an NFT project’s own store, not the manufacturer’s, ties the object to one specific community instead of a general audience. Cool Cats was one of the more recognizable PFP projects of its era, which gives the box a dateable home.
Finding one factory sealed today is uncommon, since it never moved through Ledger’s own retail channel.

Factory sealed. Shrink wrap intact. Never opened, never plugged in.
Stored in a private collection since acquisition.
Notes
If you plan to use this device, the firmware will need updating on first connection, since it’s been sealed for some time. Normal for anything stored this long - not a defect.
