Ledger Nano X RTFKT Chalk Blade Edition

Overview

This is a factory sealed Ledger Nano X in the RTFKT Chalk Blade Edition. Never opened. I’m selling it from my personal collection, exactly as it arrived.

About This Edition

RTFKT is a digital-fashion and sneaker NFT studio owned by Nike. Ledger and RTFKT announced their collaboration on February 27, 2023, at NFT Paris, and the Chalk Blade Edition went on public sale December 13, 2023, after a pre-sale window the day before.

The Chalk Blade Edition was limited to 1,000 units. It comes in a white Nano X casing with a transparent smoked-glass button, a swivel debossed with the RTFKT blade and Ledger logos, and a matte black soft-touch sleeve instead of Ledger’s standard box. Each one includes a QR code card to claim a digital collectible RTFKT designed specifically for this release.

Ledger has since moved on to other collaborations. This edition is no longer part of its lineup.

Why Collectors Are Interested

RTFKT is one of the more prominent names to cross from digital fashion into hardware, backed by Nike’s ownership of the studio. A cap of 1,000 units for the Chalk Blade Edition, plus a design that changes the physical casing instead of just the box art, sets it apart from a typical branded sticker edition.

The bundled digital collectible ties the physical device to a specific claim window, adding another layer that’s hard to reproduce after the fact.

Factory sealed. Shrink wrap intact. Never opened, never plugged in.

Stored in a private collection since acquisition.

Notes

If you plan to use this device, the firmware will need updating on first connection, since it’s been sealed for some time. Normal for anything stored this long - not a defect.
